Epicurious Garden - Brisbane

Le quartier de South Bank à Brisbane invite ses visiteurs à apprendre à cultiver et à cuisiner leurs propres produits grâce au jardin urbain "Epicurious garden".

Son nom est un jeu sur le mot «épicurien» et se réfère à quelqu'un qui est dans la poursuite constante de la bonne nourriture.

Le jardin ornemental et productif au cœur des Southlands Parklands a été conçu pour éduquer et inspirer le jardinier amateur, avec des produits frais de saison récoltés régulièrement et des échantillons gratuits disponibles pour la dégustation à mesure que les produits poussent.

Les visiteurs ont l'occasion d'apprendre à cuisiner avec des produits locaux comme le chou frisé, le fenouil et le curcuma, ainsi qu'une variété de fruits, d'herbes et de fleurs comestibles.

L'espace unique est entretenu par une équipe dévouée et 14 jardiniers bénévoles qui ont été recrutés pour leurs connaissances spécialisées afin de maintenir un haut standard horticole.

The South Bank district in Brisbane invites visitors to learn how to grow and cook their own products with the urban garden "Epicurious garden".

His name is a game on the word "epicurean" and refers to someone who is in the constant pursuit of good food.

The ornamental and productive garden in the heart of the Southlands Parklands has been designed to educate and inspire the hobby gardener, with fresh seasonal produce harvested regularly and free samples available for tasting as the products grow.

Visitors have the opportunity to learn how to cook with local products such as kale, fennel and turmeric, as well as a variety of fruits, herbs and edible flowers.

The unique space is maintained by a dedicated team and 14 volunteer gardeners who have been recruited for their specialized knowledge to maintain a high horticultural standard.
